Terms of Service

Zertio provides AI-generated practice tests for German language certification, taken in practice or timed-simulation mode, with automated and self-assessed scoring.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Tests are claimed using credits, which can be bought in packs. Purchased credits (digital content) are made available immediately.

By starting to use a purchased credit pack immediately, you request that performance begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. [Confirm this wording and your withdrawal policy with a lawyer.]

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Practice results are indicative and do not guarantee any official examination outcome. [Liability limitations to be reviewed by a lawyer.]
