Terms of Service

Zertio provides AI-generated practice tests for German language certification, taken in practice or timed-simulation mode, with automated and self-assessed scoring.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Tests are claimed using credits, which can be bought in packs. Purchased credits (digital content) are made available immediately.

A subscription gives either a monthly allowance of credits or unlimited use of the practice tests, as described on the pricing page when you subscribe. It renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the "Cancel subscription" link in the footer, in your account settings, or through the payment provider's billing portal; the subscription then ends at the end of the period already paid for, and no further payment is taken. Credits granted by a subscription are valid for the period in which they were granted and expire when it ends or when the subscription ends; purchased credits are unaffected. Unlimited plans may carry a fair-use limit stated on the pricing page; beyond it, your purchased credits are used. If a payment fails, we will attempt it again; if it continues to fail, the subscription ends. Changes to a plan's price or allowance apply to existing subscribers only from the next billing period and only after notice.

By starting to use a purchased credit pack immediately, you request that performance begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

The name is used only to identify the exams our practice tests prepare you for. Practice tests do not constitute official examinations.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Practice results are indicative and do not guarantee any official examination outcome.
